Shipping:

All orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia and are dispatched via tracked post within 2-5 business days from the order date.  You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel is shipped.

If ordering internationally please be aware that shipping times are between 2-10 weeks depending on your country of destination.  

What materials do you use for your jewellery?

Earrings are made from Hypoallergenic Stainless Steel and also 18K gold plating. 

Bracelets and necklaces are made from high-quality stainless steel and 18K gold plating.   

Natural stones are also integrated into the designs and are unique with imperfections as nature intended them to be.  

All Originals Lab jewellery is free from nickel or lead.

I like to shop in person, where can I find a list of your stockists?

Head on over to the Stockists page to see where you can find Originals Lab Accessories Australia-wide.  If you are after something specific it's a good idea to call the store in advance to see what they have in stock.

Do Originals Lab sell Wholesale? How do I become a Stockist?
