Tracking and Shipping items:


Most items are shipped with a tracking number. 
The method of shipping can be selected at check out.
Free Shipping Items are sent as as a boxed envelope and do not come with a tracking number therefore we cannot be held responsible for lost items.  Please upgrade to Tracked Parcel if you wish to have a tracking number.
Once your package has been sent you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information for Tracked Parcels. Originals Lab unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. Australia Post does however have a claims process for lost parcels.  If you have any questions regarding the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 13 76 78.

 

What Posts and Hooks do you use for your earrings?

All earrings are attached to Stainless Steel Posts and or Hooks making them suitable for sensitive ears.

 

I like to shop in person, where can I find a list of your stockists?

Head on over to the Stockists page to see where you can find Originals Lab Accessories Australia wide.  If you are after something specific it's a good idea to call the store in advance to see what they have in stock.

 

Do Originals Lab sell Wholesale? How do I become a Stockist?
